Welcome to LanceMaurer.com As my good friend Brett used to say, “In a nutshell”, this is a personal web site to post my resume and some very general information that I hope recruiters and some members of my extended and far flung family and friends will find useful. For any in depth information or amusing antidotes you will have to dig a little deeper on the web, give me a call or drop me an email. I have great experience in managing multifunctional infrastructure automation software, marketing and e-commerce software implementation and product development teams from team-inception stage through development and into production. Specific areas of experience include program and project management, software product development, business application development, business process development, change control management, professional services management, customer care and training and of course—always be selling. I am an advocate of Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling and all sales approaches that drive crisp clean sales with measurable expectations that a PM can dig into... My customer-focused approach continues to provide experience in complex computer and network configuration, business process analysis, as well as quoting, project management and marketing and engineering liaison for globally target products and services. I also have experience in athletic retail. I established and managed my own company called Urban Sports that reflected my passion for swim, cycle, run and yoga. |

Me and Ali after the SF Marathon.
The SF marathon was a great time with my daughter. This was easy compared to the Catalina Marathon. ;) At Catalina Ali, Aaron and the entire Jenny crew skipped across the finish line. I was looking for an I.V. and a place to lay down. I look forward to future trail runs. |
